Nighttime Aromatherapy Medicine

Today I am talking to you about aromatherapy. I am showing you how you can make some aromatherapy products right at home. This next formula combines lavender and tea tree oil to be used for colds and flu’s at night and we have eliminated peppermint from this formula because peppermint is stimulating. So, we are only using lavender and tea tree oil. So you have a bowl of your steamed water and you would drop in two drops of 100% pure essential oil of lavender into the water and you will do the same with the tea tree oil. I have cut there. One, two; you will notice that I have labeled the droppers, so we only use each dropper for each oil; we do not want to mix them. Take your wooden stick and mix this and you will let this evaporate in the room at night. Another version of this which you could do is to use a diffuser. In a diffuser, which you can find in a health food store, you light a candle on the bottom part and on the top part you put some water and you add the same amount of drops. Two drops of lavender, two drops of the tea tree oil into the water, put it on top and the heat will penetrate and it will diffuse into your room at night.
