Using Aromatherapy to Ease Headache Pain

Hi! I am Nili Nathan with Great Healing Getaways TV show and a website. I write research and report on holistic health from around the world. Today I am talking to you about aromatherapy, showing you and telling you how you can make some aromatherapy products right at home. This next blend is a good blend of combining oils for headaches. If you use it at the very first site of the headache it could be very beneficial. What you will want to do is get your one ounce of your carrier plant, which is either almond oil or grapeseed oil and then you will want to dilute two drops of lavender and two drops of peppermint and then you can directly touch it and apply it into your temples. Another way that you can do that is if you take two drops of peppermint directly and two drops of lavender, put it in one of these diffusers with candles lit down here, there is water in here and you put the two drops lavender and the two drops peppermint and you put it right in the diffuser and it will diffuse the room with the aroma where you are sitting, or you can also get a wall unit diffuser and directly put two drops of peppermint and two drops of lavender right into the cotton pad, put it in here and plug it into the wall and it will diffuse the room.
