We have already learned the basic movements of the side glide and the forward lunge and so now we are going to start to combine those movements together so that we can start to build combinations to take our cardiovascular work out to the next level. So just to review here is a side glide and here was the forward lunge so combine those together and we are gliding to the side and we are lunging forward, some key points to remember, dropping the heels, keeping the torso lifted and neutral spine and pushing through the ball of the foot as well as pulling through the ball of the foot on that forward lunge. I am alternating my sides and I can start to increase the tempo of the movements and make it a little bit faster and get a better cardiovascular work out. Side glide, forward lunge and here is two and one more.
