The Double Side Glide on a Fitness Disc

Keep in mind again the safety feature of placing the foot on the glide and the heel on the floor where your heel becomes your stopping point because we are going to take a larger range of motion to the side now so we begin with our side glide which is gliding side and pulling together but we are just going to do it twice in each direction so this will increase our cardiovascular intensity as we do a double side glide. Again as you feel more comfortable with the range of motion add the arms. I'm doing a double side glide still targeting those muscles of the lower body and then I can start to speed up the movement again to help increase the heart rate. You want to always keep the knees soft and drop the heel to the floor and finish with the feet coming together. I can go single, single, and then a double side glide and single, single, and a double side glide so that movement again is our double side glide.
