Easing Aches & Pains Associated with Cold & Flu with Aromatherapy

Today I am talking about aromatherapy and how you can make aromatherapy products right in your own home. Combining oils is very simple. This next blend of aromatherapy is for aches and pains associated with colds and flu. So what you will want to do is blend your one ounce of your carrier oil and blend that with two drops each of eucalyptus, lavender, marjoram and raven sarah. You can use it as a massage oil or diffuse it in a diffuser. This is a diffuser with a candle and you pour that blend into the top here and that will diffuse it to the home or you can also take that formula and diffuse it into a plug in diffuser. These are three different ways that you can use that one for colds and flu.
