Melt Butter for Soda Bread
Hi, I'm Chef Issac from Cuisine's for Issac and today we're going to discuss how to make Irish Soda Bread. In this step we're going to be preparing the pan and what I'm going to use is butter. I'm using butter because I like butter. Now we'll need about 1/8, or excuse me 1/4 a cup butter and remember I already have it pre-measured with the marks here so I'm going to just go ahead and throw about 1/4 of butter and put it right here in my pan. Then I'm going to turn my fire on a little bit and let that do its thing for a moment. Then we are going to, just as soon as it melts we'll be all set. Now we've melted the butter. I'm going to take the melted butter and pour it right here into the bottom of my pan. Then I'm going to take my pan and make sure it covers the pan all the way. There we go. Pan?s buttered.
