Form Soda Bread Loaf

Hi. I am Chef Isaac from Cuisines by Isaac and today we are going to discuss how to make Irish Soda Bread. OK, in this step we are going to fold the loaf into a shape so it's going to fit into the pan. Let's start here by just forming our outsides of our loaf, like so. Once we fold it, we are just going to literally fold it over, like so. Here, I am just continuing to knead it a bit. Then I am going to pinch the ends of it so that its here. Then I am going to just take it out and form it to the size I want it to be in that pan. Now what I've got here, is I folded it over and I've got it to about the size of the pan I am going to put it in. I'm going to flatten it out just a little bit. Turn it on the other side. Make sure it is all together on that side. I am doing sort of the same motion; pinching the end of it together and have it formed into the loaf I want.
