Utensils Needed for Irish Soda Bread

Hi, I am Chef Isaac from Cuisines by Isaac and today we are going to discuss how to make Irish Soda bread. Now we need to make sure you have all the right utensils, we have a scapula for mixing our ingredient together. We have a brush, we are going to take the egg yolk and brush it over the top of the loaf to get a golden brown look. The whisk is for whisking the egg yolk with a little water. Measuring cup, metric on one side and cups on the other and we are going to use it for measuring all our ingredients. A bowl for egg. Measuring spoons, full teaspoon, half teaspoon, full tablespoon and it goes down to smallest to a one eight of a tablespoon. We have a deep dish pan. A knife used for scoring the top of bread so it seeps in and gooses out.
