This word it read 'hong'. 'Hong'. 'Hong' means 'flood'. We say 'hongshui'. 'Hongshui' means 'flood'. Sometimes we say 'shanhong'. 'Shan' - mountain. 'Shanhong' means the flood from the mountain.
