My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make really good, quick, easy meals using swordfish. So you can see we've got our orange zest and our garlic in our oil, and we deglazed it with a bit of the lemon juice. So we're just going to kind o work it around the pan there. Now that it's cooled of for a second, we're going to add our butter. And this is part where you're going to move a little quickly, because we don't want our butter to break down. We just want it to melt just a tiny bit. So I'm going to go ahead and work everything towards the bottom of the pan here. Smash your butter up. We want it to melt. We don't want it to separate very much. So what we're going to do, is we're going to keep stirring it while it's down there. And you can see that's everything. At the last second we add our parsley. Give that a twirl, and now we're ready to go. Now we're back to our salmon, so we're just going to take our sauce and just go right over the top of it. Just like that. So now there's our lemon butter zest, lemon butter garlic zest sauce on top of a piece of pan roasted swordfish. Looks fantastic. Tastes great.
