How to Serve Grilled Swordfish with Spicy Citrus Relish

My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make really good, quick, easy meals using swordfish. All right so we're going to go right off the grill, right on to the plate. And then we're going to take our fruit salsa here. Let me get an appropriate utensil to ladle it out. So you can see how we've got these great grill marks going all the way across here. Both sides. The cool thing is, is this side, because we cut it at a bias, at an angle, didn't grill, so it gives you a nice little different, kind of a different view. Just not the same grill stuff over and over across the top there. So we're just going to take our fresh fruit salsa, just put it right on top. For the fruit salsa you can use whatever. You can use strawberries, you can use mangoes, you can use kiwi, you can use star fruit, you can use whatever you want. You can make it as hot as you want. So there we have our grilled swordfish steak with fresh fruit salsa. Total time from start to finish, well under ten minutes, as long as you have everything ready for you to go. So another really good, really quick, really easy presentation for swordfish.
