Mixing Ingredients for Chicken & Shrimp Alfredo

Hi this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make my chicken shrimp penne pasta with homemade Alfredo sauce. So remember the chicken and shrimp that we were cooking before with the vegetables? They are done. So we are going to strain them. Get the oils and stuff we don't want any of that in here because we have our Alfredo sauce. So let that drain. Okay now we have our penne pasta, now we are going to take our chicken and shrimp and vegetables and we are just going to add that to the pan. We are going to mix that all together. Like so. That looks good. Now we are ready for our Alfredo sauce. Let us mix that all together. Add a little bit more Alfredo sauce and mix that in. Make sure you get it all even at the bottom, some of the piece on the bottom don't have any so mix it really good. Let's add our oregano and there you have it.
