I'm not blaming Joseph for this, but I've noticed that those copper pipes are not secured. That is going to cause a big problem one day and ruin all the work the Joseph did here. As a responsible contractor (and one who doesn't want the liability), I would have stopped work and asked the homeowner to call a gen-con to come in and have those pipes looked at.

Tips for Installing Irregular Homasote Panels

You can see back there how the pipes are low. That?s why I came up with this system here. Because the pipes are low and I want to make it level all the way through. I attach my homicide here first then I'm going to do my sheet rock after that. Then I'm going to have to do a trap door so just in case he might have to get to that section over there of pipe, they all go in time, then he doesn't have to tear the whole ceiling out just to repair that I will have a swinging door on that one. Now that's a done deal. Screws in. I will go ahead and show you how to put the sheet rock up there, which is another easy thing to do. With sheet rock, it's almost like all you really need is a razor knife.
