Hello my name is Graziano from restaurant Krizia in Budapest Hungary on the behalf of Expert Village. I am going to teach you how to make Italian food. Now we can make Bolonese sauce. We must have fresh ground meat, celery, onion, carrot, sage, rosemary, tomato puree, and red wine. First you cut the vegetables and put in the pan with a little bit of olive oil. We mix good, you cook for a few minutes, you add the meat. Once again you cook for a few minutes, you turn with a wood spoon. You add the red wine, you leave it to evaporate for a few minutes. You add the tomato puree and you cook it very slowly for a two hours, very very slowly, put salt and pepper, with everything sizzling.
