Hello! I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, today I am going to show you how to make Cranberry Sauce. There are many different uses for cranberries than just making Cranberry Sauce. Of course, one of the more popular ones is dried cranberries and you also have cranberry juice which is also quite popular. Some of the other things that you can use cranberries for, the Native Americans used to, boil them and use the cichlid for dying their clothing and cloth. They are also used for medicinal purposes. Today cranberries are very popular because they are so full of anti-oxidants. They are used for many cosmetic purposes in different lotions and make-up and of course any time you eat cranberries, you are getting those anti-oxidants too. So all cranberries are medicinal. As evidence of cranberries healing properties, farmers don't actually have to replant cranberries every season. There are cranberry canes which has lived over a 150 years that have been documented so far.
