How to Change Air Cartridges in a Cordless Nailer

Hello, this is Matthew Christian from Tampa, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village, today we're here to talk about cordless nail guns. This particular nail gun that we're using today is a trim nailer and again it's cordless and how it works is it uses butane and also a battery. But we need to install this butane cartridge prior to use. So what we'll do on the back of the gun we depress, we lift up and then open, and then we insert. Well let me back up a step, once again if it's a brand new cylinder, brand new cylinders, the cap is not inserted all the way. If you look at the difference, this one I already pushed in to make it ready for use. This one is not ready to use. What you need to do is prior to use is you press down on this end and then that end and that'll lock the top into place and make it ready for use. But this one we've already done so, we'll go ahead and use this one. We've opened it, we're going to insert it, and it should just fall right down inside there. Though make sure you're lined up with the insert and then we'll simply close the cap and we're almost ready for use.
