On behalf of Expert Village I'm Terry and today I'm going to show you how to cook a beef brisket. So this means I'm going to use my finger and I usually prepare things to taste that has a little tangy with the mustard. So I'm going to add just a tab bit more ketchup. Yes so it got darker you can tell by the consistency of the color. That is a lot better. I'm going to add honey to my barbecue sauce since honey just out of the refrigerator off the shelf is a little cold it would be hard to mix in. I'm going to microwave it for possibly 15-20 seconds. Just enough to make it a more liquid consistency where it would mix in to the rest of the sauce. It does not take long. As you can see the microwave melted to where it is more of a loose consistency like water. So it would mix into the sauce a lot easier. Now that is a honey barbecue sauce.
