Preparing the Ribs for BBQ Pork Ribs

On behalf of Expert Village I'm Terry today we are going to talk about preparing pork ribs for barbecuing. Now I am ready to prepare my rack of ribs here. First thing I want to do is this is a thin sheet so I'm going to double it. The bones can tare your tin foil. Move my pan over there. You want to cut your rack in half. Okay I got those cut in half I want to get me another piece of tin foil out here. You want to set the ribs side down so it cooks them in the marinade juice as it is cooking. Take a little bit of our sauce that we made earlier you don't want to overwhelm it. Just cover the front and that gives it a barbecue sauce that is going to boil in. When you wrap this up your don't want to wrap them up to tight you want to create a tent so the steam rolls around. Once you have the tent you want to smash it down so you just want to create a little air pocket in there. Smash it so your steam does not get out and then take them over to the oven.
