On behalf of Expert Village I'm Terry today we are going to talk about preparing pork ribs for barbecuing. Right now we are going to talk about a few thing that you are going to need through the day as you are cooking to prepare your ribs. You need a cookie sheets preferable 16x8 or 10 would be great. You would cut this rack in half and wrap them in foil. You would need a basting brush, some good thongs to turn them with. I don't use forks cause forks pierces the meat and let out your juices. A good roll of tin foil to wrap your meat in preferable heavy t in foil. The bones would tare the thin tin foil and you would have your juices leaking out in the pan. Your pan needs to be deep enough that is there is any juice spillage that it is contained in the pan. You also need a good thermometer cause when you are cooking pork your cooking temperture needs to be above 175 cause poultry is a nasty things if it is undercooked. You can contract salmonella and other things that pork has in it.
