I have the exact same grill and tongs as you do. Kind of funny yeah? I took your advice but used it for Country Style Beef Ribs (no bones). Everyone at the barbecue loved them. The sauce was so simple to make too, and delicious. I put in Garlic and Chili sauce for a little bit of heat. People couldn't get enough of it. Thanks for the lesson!

Removing BBQ Beef Ribs From the Grill

On behalf of Expert Village I'm Terry and today we are going to talk about preparing barbecue ribs for cooking. Alright they have been on for about 6-8 minutes ready to take them off the grill. Man they look good! That bone fell right out of there. On your consistency you should be able to pick that meat right off the bone. You don't even have to put the bone to your mouth. See how easy that tears apart? You can just pick a piece right off, see you don't have to chew or null. Alright we have the grill turned off and that is how I cook my ribs. Like I said I pare baking them for 4 hours in the oven at 225. I brought them out here on the grill. It took me approximately another 10-12 minutes to finish them off just depending on how much barbecue sauce. If you don't want a lot of barbecue sauce on them grill them a little bit longer before you put the sauce on. But remember once the sauce goes on you only got about 3-5 minutes at 300 degrees before it starts turning black and burning. That is where a lot to people burn their ribs or chicken or whatever they are cooking. They put the barbecue sauce on too soon. Remember it is not about the sauce it is about the meat.
