On behalf of Expert Village I'm Terry and today we are going to talk about preparing barbecue ribs for cooking. Now that we have cleaned our grill I want to leave these burners hot. I'm going to turn these off cause when I put the meat on here I want to char the meat a little bit. Flip it 2 or 3 times as I baste it and cook it and finally I would heat it up over here where there is no fire so it can stay warm while I am preparing my side dishes or whatever without the risk of it burning. I'm going to get a big set of tongs especially for beef ribs. Okay as you can see these are pretty much cooked in the oven but I want to finish them off on the grill. I will cut them up individually here so that they are a little easier to handle. I like baby back beef ribs, you can not cook a whole rack at one time.
