How to Store China After Thanksgiving Dinner

Hello, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to set your table for Thanksgiving Day dinner. You had a successful Thanksgiving dinner and now it's time to store the china if something that you are only going to use once or twice a year, then you want to be particularly careful about how you are storing it. If it's something that you are using on a regular bases say that you and your husband have a romantic dinner once a week then you can go ahead and put your china in the cabinets. But if it's only something that comes out on special occasions you're going to want to have a particular place to put it. If you only have a few pieces of china then you can probably store it back in the box that it came from. Remember these boxes are made for shipping so your china is going to be safe, the only reason why I didn't suggest using it if you have several pieces is because one box is not going to hold a lot. In the box you're going to have several different layers of patting and plastic so you want to make sure that you put everything back who you found it. Otherwise it's not going to line up properly, make sure that you put your plate in first because it's going to be the largest piece. From the plate you're going to get progressively smaller pieces until you end up to your teacup. Now the teacup is the most difficult pieces that you are going to store. Because it has the handle so make sure that it goes back in its back and whatever position it suppose to be before you put the top of the box back on. By caring for your china in proper ways it will last you forever.
