brown and blue are contrasting colors that means that they accentuate each other black is too harsh for day time with blue eyes...

What the -- now? Brown eyeliner for blue eyes? Doesn't black make blue eyes pop? You are a joke! Am I being punk'd? Everything you say is the pure bull-crap! And my god you are heavy handed.

How to Apply Eyeliner
With blue eyes you really want to kinda stick to brown eyeliner even to really make your eyes seem blue. And just kinda don’t go too low below your lash line. Don’t be afraid to blend; blend your eyeliner; just using a q-tip or your finger. You don’t necessarily need to go all over with the eyeliner I usually start in the middle of the lower lash and then kinda work my way out. And then add a little bit darker line in the middle and then work my way out for that more dramatic look. But if you do that it kinda keeps your eyes a little bit more open without, you see.
