Expiration of Nutritional Supplements & Vitamins

Hi I’m Lisa Jones on behalf of Expert Village. In this segment we will be talking about checking the expiration date on the bottle. Please feel free to visit my website at www.healthwisewithlisajones.com. You want to make sure that you are checking the expiration date on the bottle of the supplements that you purchase. This is very important because if you don’t do so, it lacks strength and purity and can also be not good for your health. So you want to make sure that you are taking something that is within the expiration date. So what I do is recommend to people that they don’t buy more than a 30 day supply at a time. You want to make sure that they are maintaining freshness and potency. So for example what you want to do with this product called the Whole Body Program Product - it's a dietary supplement and you want to make sure that you are looking on the bottom. Now the expiration date like I said earlier can be listed anywhere on the bottle but most of the time it is on the bottom of the bottle or the top of the label where you purchased it from. So this one has an expiration date of 8/2007. This is October so we are okay for 8/2007 so make sure that you do check the expiration date.
