OK. It's done. Let's take a look. It's bubbling. My goodness, all those wonderful olive oils, and the fontina is melted. We've got the beautiful herbs. I've got to taste. I've got to take a bite. I need to. I'm probably going to burn my mouth, but I'm willing to sacrifice it. I've got a hot pad down there so I don't fry my counter. Look at that. So let me get a little scoop here. I want a nice perfect piece, What looks like a good piece? Probably this corner here. Got a little bit of the onions, a little parsnip. Here we go. You've got to scoop it. I want a carrot, too, and a little fennel. If I was going to eat it, I'll just take a bite. If I'm going to serve it to someone, I take a couple of sprigs of that thyme, kind of garnish the top. Make it look all pretty. And then, it's ready to serve. I'm going to take a bite. I'm going to burn my mouth, but I'm going to take a bite. That's good. You can't get much healthier, either. I mean whole grains, organic vegetables, organic milk; win all the way around. I'm going to get a little onion in there. Good stuff.
