How to Write "Not" in Chinese

This word is bu. Bu. Bu is also fourth tone. "Bu" means "no." Just no. For example, when you say, "bu hao," this word means "good" or "well." So if you say, "bu hao," that means "not good." It's not good. This word to write is kind of easy. 1, 2, 3, 4. Bu. So if you say "bu shen" - remember we learned shen - deep or thick - "bu shen" here only means "not deep." It doesn't mean "not thick," it means "not deep." Bu shen.
