This word is cai, cai. CAI, cai the third tong. cai means to pick up take some part. If we say to pick up flowers we say cai ya. Writing this way one, two. cai. If we say cai ya. This word means flower, flowers. CAI ya means to pick up the flowers and also you can pick up herbs. You know in ancient Chinese people use herbs for medicine so we often say cai who means to pick up herbs
