This word is shi, shi. Shi, first tong. This word has two parts, left and right. Left part is written this way. Right part one, two, three, and four. Shi means teacher, teachers, but in ancient Chinese we don't call a teacher lo shi, but call shi fo, shi fo. These words can either a teacher or a master. Here it means master, shi fo master.
