Okay, we just talked about the two feel, in comparison or in contrast with the walking, and this is basically another way of playing a ballad, right, well, let's see. There's got to be another direction to go, and that would be called double time. Basically, it's where you're playing over the same chord changes that you were playing the walking with, but now you're playing them twice as fast. Basically the drummer starts playing faster, you're playing with them, it makes the song more interesting. You wouldn't play the song the whole time double time usually, that's the whole point, it's double the regular time. And you go into a section where you might play double time. So let's say you were playing, just basically a one-six-two-five turnaround with B flat, right, so you have B flat and G, C, F. Here's how it would look if you were just playing a two feel. One, two, three, four...here's how it would look walking. One, two, three, four. And using a lot of the chromatics and passing tones of course.
