C... now you can play anything in that C triad to outline that. And then also, I would say adding, a little eighth note to get you back to G, so it's like, one, two, three, four, D, one, two, and three. You do play on "and" sometimes too but. The metronome. One, two...and you go into that. That's walking. So your emphasis is still really on - two of the real beats per measure, but you can throw in eighth notes to make it still interesting. So try doing a two feel alternating that with your typical four-four walking pattern.
