How Does a G Flat Major Scale Sound on a Flute

Now that we have gone over all the notes in the G flat major scale I will play it for you so you can hear how it sounds. You can hear that it follows the pattern of the whole and half steps. I'm going to quickly play a example of a whole step on the flute so you can hear it and then a half step. That is a whole step between the 2 notes. Here is a half step. You can hear the difference between the sounds. After learning how to play this scale which would be coming up next you will be able to play fluently in the key of G flat major. Here is a example of what that sounds like.
