Add Toffee to Scotch Pudding

Hello! On behalf of expertvillage.com, I'm Deborah with Deborah's Delights. I would like to share with you an old family recipe. How to make a scotch pudding. We take our covered bowls, set them into the fridge, and wait about 6 hours. We waited for 6 hours for our treat. We're going to pull back the foil to reveal a fairly firm custard. We're now going to top it with a little bit of toffee. I like to do it just on one side. It gives a little bit of an artistic flare. There you are. We're now ready to serve it for our dinner party.
