Tips for Chilling Scotch Pudding

Hello! On behalf of expertvillage.com, I'm Deborah with Deborah's Delights. I would like to share with you an old family recipe. How to make a scotch pudding. So you can serve it in a larger bowl. Take our spatula and wipe the edges to make it pretty, and same with the individual servings. A paper towel, you can wipe the edge with that as well. You put it in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. Once it comes out of the refrigerator, we're going to add some toffee candy. Now that your pudding is strained, you take a little foil, or you can also use some saran wrap, a plastic type of thing. Cut to size more or less. Very noisy. You want to create a sort of a top, a little lid there. Now it's ready for the fridge.
