Hi, I'm Stephanie Barnett on behalf of expertvillage.com. Let's turn this pizza dough into this pizza pie. So you let that dough rise for 30 minutes and look what happens, you see it has gotten a lot bigger. So now that it is puffed up you can take a knife and depending on how many pizzas you're going to make this dough by itself is to large for any pizza stone. Unless you have a giant pizza oven in your house and a giant peel. So you need to divide this up, in our family we like to make three separate pizzas so but today I'm going to make, well let's make three separate pizzas. I'm going to take off and as you cut it the dough is going to deflate, don't worry that is okay that's normal. It won't stick to your hands because we've oiled it, so what you can do is separate them out, you have one, and you want to make them equal. Unless you got somebody who doesn't want very much pizza then you can make a larger pizza, if everybody likes cheese pizza then you might want to make a larger pizza, so there is your dough.
