Advanced Bass Guitar: Walk Measures 7 - 8

So now we're at measures seven and eight, and we have this G minor chord and this C seven chord. So our G minor is our five minor. And our C seven chord is our one-seven. So what we're going to do is walk our minor scale again, right, this is our minor scale pattern. And we're going to just move it up to our five which is right here. And the great thing about our one-seven chord is it utilizes that same scale as our five minor. And both these come out of our F major scale. This is our two, and this is our five-seven. So this is a two, five, to F, except we're going to an F minor chord, but we're going to walk through it again. You just utilize the same two minor scale, and then you switch the root down to C. Two, one, and you can hear how that wants to go into our F, which is our next chord that we'll go over in the next one-minute session.
