Advanced Bass Guitar: Measures 9 - 12

Now we're going to go through and analyze measures nine through twelve, and we start right down here. Again, make sure you're writing all this down at home, you have F minor for two measures, so C, D, E, F, that's our four minor. So just a four minor, lowercase Roman numerals. Then we have our one minor, C minor, right, so real simple. Our four minor to our one minor, and we can find these roots real easy. If you look at the bass, one, two, three, four. So we got four minor, to one minor, four minor, one minor, four minor, four minor. So those are your next two chords to very simple basic chords out of the key of C, and again, we're just analyzing everything as it compares to this one major scale.
