Hi, this is Mike Lopez with Expert Village, and today we'll be discussing the red Magic color. Now we're going to go over and discuss Balduvian Rage. Balduvian Rage is an Instant, as you can see. It actually is an ex-Instant, which is very rare to see, but it's red and an X. However this is not a direct damage instant. Don't get excited. It's "target attacking creature gets X/ 0 until end of turn." Once again the X stands for Manna paid for it. So you pay a red, count up all your Manna and that number is what your creature gets in its power column till the end of turn. Also, in addition to playing this card, which you can play at any point, any phase, whether you're blocking or attacking, and you can draw a card at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep. Which means, that if you play this card on another players turn not only do you get to draw a card for your upkeep you also get to draw an additional card because you played this spell. Or vice versa, if you play this attacking then, during the next upkeep, during your opponent's upkeep you can draw a card.
