Hi, I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you the tips of perfect lips today. First up to any perfect smile of course is nice white teeth. There is a couple of different ways that you can whiten your teeth, there is gels, there are trays. My personal preference and the one that leaves the least tooth sensitivity which is something that you have to watch when you are using a tooth whitener. If you can find one that is in a oxyhydroxides compound that is in a stabilized form which come in something like this. It is sealed vacuum, sealed ampule. This is actually a 5% Hydrogen peroxide blend and I'm going to hand this to her. If you just squeeze this it will come up and then you can just rub it on your teeth. When it is vacuum sealed like that the Hydrogen peroxide stays in a stabilized compound so it is not expose to air. Because once Hydrogen peroxide is exposed to air it unstabilizes the compound and that can lead to a form that would lead to sensitivity and eat away at the enamel. You also want to make sure that you don't whiten your teeth to often. This particular teeth whiten system is 2 ampules a day for 7 days and you only want to do it 2-3 times a year.
