Responding to Interview Questions & Business Etiquette
I am Elena Brouwer, International Etiquette Center in Hollywood, Florida. You can find us on the web at etiquettecenter.com and to continue our Business Etiquette. Sometimes an interview or even a meeting with two colleagues can make it kind of sticky but if you play it right lets observe and see when they do it correctly. A: So federal fund rates really impact our sales a lot and we are not sure how to handle that. What would you do? B: Well, I have not considered that question. It is an interesting one. I will have to get back to you about that. When you do not know the answer to a question, do not lie, do not pretend and do not make it up on the spot. It is best if you do as our young woman did. She said that she would get back to him with the answer. It is important to be honest in business because sooner or later they will find out that you were lying. On behalf of Expert Village.com, thank you for watching.
