Finish Brooklyn Egg Omelette

Hi this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to learn how to make my Brooklyn omelet. As you can see our Brooklyn omelet is almost done as you can see, it is massive so you can definitely eat it for breakfast, lunch, and definitely it is hearty for dinner. Some of the side items you can use sausage if you like or right here I have turkey bacon cause I like turkey bacon. You know pork bacon is fine, beef bacon is fine. I just use turkey bacon because it taste a little bit better to me and it is definitely healthier. You can also, we have a tomato here a couple slices of tomatoes to eat with it. A lot of people also use fruit like maybe orange slices or grape fruits you can do that. Of course toast, toast is great with butter, marinade and we have the little piece of parsley here just for decorations. Thanks for watching I hope you had a good time making this omelet and hope it taste great. On behalf of Expert Village this is Matt Senatore and I will see you soon.
