Add Lunch Meat to Egg Omelette
Hi this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to learn how to make my Brooklyn omelet. We are going to throw in our ham, our roast beef, our turkey. Then we would throw in some of our peppers, then shreds of our cheese. Now it is time to flip it so it is really hard to flip the whole thing. So what I do is I just cut up the middle so I can flip 2 halves cause it is going to cook together anyways. So just grab one side here and flip it over. Then grab the other side here and flip that over. There you have it. Kind of get in the middle there, it is a big omelet. You can feed a couple of people with this omelet so just let it cook. Let the cheese melt inside. Do a little pressing there. Now you are ready to serve.
