Using Bandanas in Trance Dance

Hi! I’m Cambrey Lindsay Baccus with Expert Village and I am here today to talk to you about trance dance. We use the bandana to help us go into darkness and we feel that this sensory deprivation helps us get out of our brain mind and get deeper into our body and also to be able to experience everything else that is going on in our world around us. So we will take this bandana with our intention set and tie it over our eyes, just like so. Once we have the bandana and we are standing erect, we want to connect our feet down into the ground, we begin what is called the breath of fire.
