Hi! I’m Cambrey Lindsay Baccus with Expert Village and I am here today to talk to you about trance dance. So our first step in preparing for trance dance in setting our intention. An intention is a focus or an area of your life or an issue of your life you wish to focus on or heal. It could also be an opportunity for you to set an intention to connect with higher self or let go of ego. So to set out intention we have our bandana and we also have the power of our mind and body so we want to connect these two. So I would close my eyes and I would focus and set my intention and when I feel I have my intention then I will begin to place the bandana over my eyes.
