From the major scale, we have talked about 2 chords. A chord starting from the 1st note of the major scale F which is a major chord and also from the 2nd of the major scale G which forms a minor chord. There are other major chords that come from the major scale. The other major chords start on the 4th note of the major scale B flat and the 5th note of the major scale C. B flat major starting on the 4th has B flat, D, F, to have the B flat major scale; let's listen to how it sounds. I will now play the arpeggio from B flat major. Notice the major quality of this chord. The other major chord that comes from a major scale is C major starting on the 5th note of the scale. We have C, E, G, and then back to C again for the arpeggio. Here we have the 3 notes for a chord. Let's hear a C major. I will now play the arpeggio. We have now looked at some major chords in the F major scale.
