More Business Card Etiquette Tips

I am Elena Brouwer, International Etiquette Center in Hollywood, Florida. You can find us on the web at etiquettecenter.com. and to continue, now we are showing you the right etiquette for business cards; let’s observe. A: Let me give you my business card. B: Oh Sue, your office is uptown, you like it there? A: I do very much. B: Oh! That’s great. Not only did she do it right this time, the person who got the card has something good to say about it because he observed the card. He did not just stick it in the pocket. He read it, he saw the address of where this woman lives or has her business and was able to make a comment which is also a good way to establish a conversation when you are doing business and that is called small talk which is vital for getting to know other people in our business setting.
