Core Colors for Picture Framing

These matte boards do come in other color besides the black chore. They also come in orange, red, yellow, blue. You can also get a shiny metallic material matte boards such as this; we have a silver. They also make a gold so those are best used for a double matte. For a center matte board so you don't see quiet as much but it does bring out some color in your picture. But there is a probably a 100 varieties of colors of matte board. There is green here so your choices are endless as far as matte board colors. It all depends on your picture you are using, the color in the picture or the print that you like. You want to attempt not to go buy the pictures, the color. Say the room if I were to have a picture in this room, I wouldn't want to pick a beige color for the matte board. I would want to go more for the colors that are in the print itself. Like I said earlier a blue helps bring out the little blue in the picture that there is.
