A major interval. From the 3rd note in the chord to the 5th note of this scale which is the 2nd and 3rd notes of the chord we have 1,2,3 half steps. That makes it a minor 3rd. Put them together and it makes a major chord. This is different from a minor chord which starts on the 2nd note of the scale E flat, E flat, G flat, B flat up to E flat. B flat , G flat and E flat outline the arpeggio and this is the chord. I'm going to play the arpeggio. This chord is different and it is minor because the bottom 2 have minor 3rd interval while the top has a major 3rd interval. You can hear that in the arpeggio how it sounds smaller. I will play this on the piano. You can hear the minor sound compare to the major sound from D flat.
