How to Play Octaves on the Flute in D Flat Major

We have now learned the note from the D flat major scale. Let's review the notes again. Let's look at the staff while I play the scale. Now let's look at my fingers while I play the scale to review what we have learned. We have learned the D flat major scale in one octave. A octave is the distance between D flat to the 2 D flats as you can see on the paper right here. For more advance players we can move up and learn the 2nd octave. We have learned the lower octave and now you can start from where we left and play up from the 2nd octave. Here is what a 2 octave major scale sounds like.
