The 3rd of D flat major scale is the note F. Let's look at F on the staff. To play the note F you use the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and thumb key for the left hand and the 1st and pinkie key of the right hand. This is what it sounds like. Let's review our scale from the beginning we have D flat to E flat as a whole step and E flat to F as a whole step.
