We have now learned all the notes in the A major scale let's review. Looking at the notes in the staff I will play the scale. Let's play the scale one more time looking at my fingers for the notes. This is the A major scale we have learned the A major scale in one octave. The octave is the distance between 2 A's we learned from A to A one octave. Once you have mastered this for more advance players you can play the scale in 2 octaves we learned from 1 A to this A with the fingerings. The next step we would just start where we left off and continue the scale in the whole and half step pattern up to a higher A. Here is a how a 2 octave major scale sounds.
